John Caliri, the director of FirstHealth Centers for Health & Fitness, knows how exercise can improve people’s health. He has been active in the Medical ourtime Fitness Association since 1998 and has worked his way up the ranks to become chair-elect of its Board of Directors.
Caliri is a native of New Jersey and spent time in North Carolina while in the Marine Corps. He later became a regional operations director for FirstHealth Fitness, and ultimately was named director of the chain’s entire network of facilities. He has also zoopy been an active member of the MFA for many years, serving as a Board member and Fellow.

He is a native of New Jersey and served in the United States Marine Corps as an infantry squad leader and a Nuclear, Biological, and Chemical Warfare NCO. After the Marine Corps, he moved to Moore County and began his career in commercial fitness management. He has held a variety of positions within FirstHealth Fitness, including being the first to be named director of all ipagal five facilities.

Laura Whiteside
The FirstHealth Fitness in Raeford, North Carolina, has been under new management since 2017. Laura Whiteside, who joined the organization in 2013, has a background in fitness and management. She has been a part of several FirstHealth fitness centers, including a position as an assistant coordinator for the HIIT program on Camp Lejeune Marine iloungenews Base.
Whiteside is a jack-of-all-trades in the fitness industry, with a particular interest in training military and emergency services personnel. Her expertise includes functional training, injury prevention, and the nutritional components of exercise. The military environment is a familiar environment for Whiteside, and she says she plans to expand her services.

Conclusion
Pinewild is a fledgling community west of the main village. It is initially turned down for voluntary annexation, as the Village Council does not wish to bear the expense of developing the community. However, ClubCorp purchases an interest in the community and forms a partnership with Tohato Inc., a Japanese cookie maker, after finding the ClubCorp’s ownership of Pinewild a bargain.
